Paperless Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply by enrolling for Paperless communications:

The customer (“you”) agrees to authorize Regal Pest Control, LLC (“Regal Pest Control”, “us”, “we”), our merchant processors, Square (“Block, Inc”), GoDaddy (“GoDaddy Payments”, “GoDaddy Operating Company, LLC”), Google (“Alphabet, Inc.”) and any and all other companies and products we may use (i.e. electronic chat programs, text messaging programs, website plugins, ect.) to communicate with you electronically. Your authorization and the information we will use to contact you will be found on the Paperless form you submitted, which is located at https://www.regalpestmi.com/paperless. 

There may be instances in which we will send you documents, notifications or other communications, physically, in the mail. Examples of these instances would be any attempts to collect payment, any promotions we’re running, advertisements we’re sending out, ect. By signing up for paperless communications, Regal Pest Control still reserves the right to contact you non-electronically. 

Regal Pest Control will not be responsible for any data fees you may incur, including but not limited to text or data message rates or any charges you may receive from your ISP (Internet Service Provider). 

Regal Pest Control may discontinue the Paperless service at any time and for any reason, without notice. In the event that Regal Pest Control does discontinue the Paperless service, the customer will be notified of any balance due within a reasonable timeframe. The customer will not be responsible for any late fees associated with the discontinuation of the Paperless service. The customer will then be notified of their balance due and will have up to 30 days to remit payment for any remaining balance due, unless a different remit term was previously agreed to with the customer.
