Wildlife services are a total of five service visits. Regal Pest Control (“we”, “us”, “our”) does not guarantee that any wildlife will be caught. It is possible that we may conduct all five service visits and will be unable to catch any wildlife. ENTRY POINTS All entry-points, even if photos and/or descriptions are provided by the customer, are inspected for on our initial visit. The existence of, or the ability to seal off any entry-points, will be determined by our initial service visit. There will be an additional cost if we are able to seal off any entry-points. We can offer a quote based on the size, location and materials needed. ADDITIONAL COSTS The cost to remove any live wildlife will be $65.00 per animal removed. NO GUARANTEES We do not guarantee any portion of the services provided. This includes, but isn’t limited to, our ability to completely access any areas of the structure or our ability to trap any wildlife. We do not guarantee that we can gain access to your attic, roof or crawl space but that we will make an attempt to do so, if it is determined to be safe and/or necessary, by our service technician, to catch the target wildlife. If access is unavailable, we will inform you on the initial service visit. NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE We will not be responsible for any damage done by our technicians during our service visits or by any damage done by wildlife before, during or after our service visits. HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNITY You, the customer, agreed to indemnify, release and hold harmless Regal Pest Control from and against any and all legal claims, including but not limited to personal injury or property damage that may arise from Regal Pest Control’s wildlife services. AUTHORIZATION You, the customer, have authority to grant access to the property and authorize Regal Pest Control to conduct wildlife services.
