Being on a Regal Pest Control service plan has its benefits! We offer three services plans that are available on two different schedules, seasonal (April through October) or year-round!
We have three plans:
MONTHLY
Our monthly plan provides the most protection. This plan is ideal for customers who are allergic to bees, are very worried about seeing pest activity, live on a lake and/or have a property that’s heavily wooded or on a property that backs up to a forest.
EOM
Our every-other-month (or EOM) plan is a good option for those customers who want a high level of protection without the need for the regular visits of our monthly service.
QUARTERLY
Our quarterly plan is a good option for many customer simply looking for routine maintenance.
SEASONAL OR YEAR-ROUND
Our service schedules are offered as seasonal (April through October), which is the best option for most residential customers, or year-round, which is a good option for residential customers with rodent issues or for commercial locations.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION
– Inspection of premises for evidence of pest activity.
– Inspection of premises for environmental and/or structural issues that may be conducive for pest activity.
– Application of pesticides around structural areas: including perimeters, wood tunnels and in cracks and crevices.
– (AS NEEDED) Installation of rodent bait stations and rodenticide placements on exterior areas for mice and rat issues.
– (AS NEEDED) Treatment of drains with probiotic foam and insect growth regulators.
PESTS COVERED
Ants, bees, beetles, boxelder bugs, centipedes, cockroaches, crickets,
earwigs, flies, gnats, mice, millipedes, mites, moths, rats, silverfish,
sowbugs, spiders, springtails, stink bugs, wasps and weevils.
PESTS NOT COVERED
Bed bugs, fleas, longhorn beetles, mosquitoes, termites, ticks and
wildlife. Services for bed bugs, fleas and wildlife are offered at an
additional charge, as requested.
RE-TREAT GUARANTEE / FREE FOLLOW-UP SERVICES
We
guarantee that the services provided will control the covered pests. If there
is any pest activity in-between your regularly scheduled service visits, we
will return to reinspect and/or re-treat at no additional charge.

You
