WHICH PESTS ARE COVERED UNDER THE SERVICE PLANS?
All plans cover the following pests: Ants, bees, beetles, boxelder bugs, cockroaches, crickets, drain flies, earwigs, flies, fruit flies, gnats, house centipedes, Indian meal moths, mice, millipedes, mites, moths, rats, silverfish, sowbugs, spiders, springtails, stink bugs, ticks, wasps and weevils.
WHICH PESTS ARE NOT COVERED UNDER THE SERVICE PLANS?
Bed bugs, fleas, longhorn beetles, mosquitoes, termites and wildlife issues are not covered under our service plans. We do not offer treatments for termites. We do offer VA pest/termite inspections, services for bed bugs, fleas and wildlife issues. These are offered upon request and at an additional charge.
DO YOU OFFER FOLLOW-UP SERVICES IN-BETWEEN YOUR SCHEDULED VISITS?
Yes! In-fact, follow-up services, in-between your regularly scheduled services, are offered at no additional charge. That’s right, free follow-ups! Just call, email or text and we’ll send someone out to address any issues as soon as possible.
WOULD YEAR-ROUND OR SEASONAL BE A BETTER OPTION FOR MY LOCATION?
For the most homeowners, seasonal (April through October) would be the best choice. The exception would be for those who regularly have rodent or wildlife issues. For most businesses, year-round would be a better option. For businesses with break-rooms, kitchen areas and large office/commercial locations, a year-round plan is especially beneficial. Some homeowners and businesses want year-round for the piece of mind. Our technicians can recommend a plan that’s best for you.
ARE REGAL’S TECHNICIANS LICENSED AND INSURED?
Yes. All of our technicians are licensed through the State of Michigan. Many of our technicians carry several different categories on-top of their base certification. Additionally, our technicians are trained in-house and typically work closely with our more experienced technicians to develop additional skills and expertise. All of our technicians are fully insured.

WILL YOUR SERVICE VEHICLE HAVE A GIANT ROACH OR BED BUG ON TOP OF IT?
No. Believe it or not, we’ve gotten this question more than a few times over the years. Our vehicles DO have our name and contact information on them and they MAY have some of the services we provide but they DO NOT have any giant bugs or critters on top of them.
* If you aren’t completely satisfied with the results of your service, Regal Pest Control will return to re-treat the area at no charge. If the problem persists, we will continue to work to solve the problem to your satisfaction or we will refund your last pest control payment. Excludes initial service plan charges and or equipment or service program setup services.
